Sue is a University teacher in the fields of Human Resource Management, Strategic Sue GreenerBusiness Context, Research Methods and Learning & Development and has received a Teaching Excellence award from the University of Brighton. She is Programme Leader for the Foundation Degree in Business and Business Pathway Leader for the Joint Honours Programme and Course Leader BSc Business with Enterprise at University of Brighton Hastings Campus. Sue is the Course Director for an online final year undergraduate honours degree course with students in diverse world regions. She is involved in external examining for other HE institutions.

Sue researches in the fields of online learning, employability, teacher development and reflective learning, which involves primary and secondary research plus preparing papers for publication, conferences and reviewing for several academic journals. Sue is Co-Editor of Interactive Learning Environments, a Routledge educational technology Journal. She is the co-founder with Asher Rospigliosi of the Business e-Learning Research Group and a member of the CROME research group on employment issues at Brighton Business School. Her Doctoral research focused on exploring students’ readiness for online learning. Sue holds a BA, MBA, and EdD and professional memberships include FHEA and Chartered Fellow of CIPD. 

Sue is also a partner in Positive Images, a management development consultancy creating and delivering development events and strategic focus workshops for clients in all sectors. She preaches and teaches as a Licensed Lay Reader in the Church of England, breeds pedigree Southdown sheep in Sussex, is involved in a number of agricultural shows and could not survive without huge support from her equally busy husband, Tony.
